Hey, I’m Simon Köhler — the guy behind KOHLERCODE.

I’m a professional Web Developer, Designer, and PHP Software Developer with over two decades of hands-on experience. I started my journey back in 2000, building a website for my own band. That small project sparked a passion that eventually led to a certified career in Media Design in Germany and years of agency work before going fully freelance.

Today, I specialize in full website builds, custom PHP software, and multilingual sites. I’m fluent in German, English, and Spanish, which helps me work with clients from all over the world. Since I’m based in Panama, I can offer high-quality development at a more affordable rate than many agencies in the US or Europe — without compromising on results.

My toolbox includes PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and I’m an expert in TYPO3 CMS. I also work with WordPress, building custom themes and plugins. I love clean, functional code and solving tricky problems in ways that actually make sense.

I'm direct, honest, and always focused on what’s best for my clients — not what earns me the biggest invoice. I often collaborate with a trusted network when it comes to things like server infrastructure or advanced design work, so I can offer a full-service experience if needed.

Outside of tech, I’m into motorcycles, nature, and dogs — and I bring that same love for freedom and clarity into how I work.
