KocoDesk · Managed enterprise CMS

KocoDesk: the enterprise CMS your AI agents and editors run together

A fully managed multilingual CMS. Your agents drive it over MCP, your editors approve every change in a visual backend, and every market runs from one core. Built and hosted by KohlerCode.

Network of connected regions and data links over a dark globe.

Product

What KocoDesk is

KocoDesk is an enterprise content management system for companies that publish in several languages and markets. One core holds every site, language catalog, media library and user role, so a regional presence is a first-class site with its own domain, theme and localized URLs such as /en/ and /de/, not a translated copy bolted onto another site.

Two kinds of users work in the same platform: your AI agents, connected over Model Context Protocol, and your editors, working in a visual backend or describing what they need in plain language. Every AI write is presented for human confirmation first and recorded in an audit trail, so speed never costs you control.

Capabilities

What it does

Agents operate the CMS

Connect Claude, ChatGPT or tools your team builds over MCP. They create pages, structure the tree, write and localize copy, and publish.

A person approves every write

AI drafts, your editor confirms. Agents act inside the same role-based permissions, approval gates and audit trail as a human.

One core, every market

Native language catalogs, separate domains and themes per region, localized routing and intelligent language fallbacks from a single backend.

Readable by AI search

Every public page generates a clean Markdown version and each site serves /llms.txt, so assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude can cite you accurately.

Managed, not maintained by you

Hosting, updates and security patching are handled. No servers to operate, no update cycles, no plugin stack to keep alive.

Portals and single sign-on

Frontend authentication, gated content, Google sign-in and an OAuth2 identity provider for customer portals and B2B applications.

From one draft to every market

Two kinds of users share one platform, and every change takes the same route: drafted by an agent, approved by a person, published everywhere.

  1. Draft over MCP

Your AI agent writes the page, structures the tree and localizes the copy, inside the permissions you granted it.

  2. Approve in the backend

Your editor reviews the change visually. Nothing is published silently, and every agent action is logged.

  3. Publish everywhere

The page goes live on each domain and language, with localized URLs, metadata and a Markdown twin for AI search.

FAQ

Questions before you start

Is KocoDesk self-hosted or a managed service?

Fully managed. Hosting, maintenance and security patching are handled for you, with no servers to operate and no update cycles to run.

Can our own AI agents control it?

Yes. KocoDesk is MCP-native, so your agents can create pages, structure the page tree, write and localize content and publish, inside the same permissions, approval gates and audit trail as a human editor.

Who stays in control of publishing?

Your team. Nothing is published silently: every AI write is presented for human confirmation first and recorded in the audit trail.

How are multiple languages and domains handled?

One core with native language catalogs, a separate domain and theme per market, and localized URL routing such as /en/ and /de/. Visitors get a native regional experience and your teams manage everything centrally.

What does KocoDesk cost?

There is no fixed price list. An all-inclusive monthly price is quoted per project based on languages, pages, traffic and resources. Updates, personal support, theme optimizations, migration during onboarding and MCP agent control are included; only custom coding and consulting are billed separately.
